You can enquire about the product by calling us, sending us an email, or by visiting our stores. If you call or email us you will be transferred to a customer care representative for special orders.
If you visit or call our stores they will contact the special order department and give you the details, such as cost and lead time if it can be sourced by CellMaster.
A deposit of 50% is required to place an order. You can visit any of our branches (Linx, Credit card or cash) or pay the deposit online via credit card. To make the deposit online select MAKE A PAYMENT.
You will need to provide a valid ID (Driver’s license or National ID) and your order number to verify your order. If you wish for someone to collect on your behalf you will need to notify your customer representative when they contact you. The person collecting will need to produce their ID and the order number.
When your order is available for collection you will be notified by a customer care representative. You can visit the store to pay the balance and to collect, or request delivery. You can pay the courier via credit card or line. Cheques are not accepted for these orders.
