We deliver products ordered online for free to most locations in Trinidad. Simply order online and we bring your order to your front door!

How do I place an order online for delivery?

You can order online and pay upon delivery or make the purchase online via credit card.

Options for Ordering Online:

  • Add the products to your cart and pay upon checkout via credit card
  • Add the products to your cart and choose PLACE AND ORDER.

A customer care representative will contact you for details to arrange delivery. If you selected PLACE AND ORDER you will have an option to pay the courier directly via cash, Linx or credit card (no cheques). For orders placed online you can also choose to COLLECT IN STORE.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

When orders are made online, a customer representative will contact you prior to delivery, at the number you provided. A confirmation will also be sent to the email address provided. The courier will contact you when they are headed towards your location.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available to most locations in Trinidad at no additional cost. We deliver to Tobago at an additional cost. For a list of areas we are unable to deliver to please click here.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Trinidad is typically within 24 hours, or 48 hours if ordered on weekends.

Do you deliver to Tobago?

We deliver to Tobago at an additional cost. Delivery times to Tobago can vary but is typically within 7 working days.

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturdays between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

Locations we are unable to deliver to at this time

Although we deliver to most areas in Trinidad, we are unable to deliver to high-risk areas for security reasons. However, we are willing to make alternative delivery arrangements for anyone in these areas. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Some orders may qualify for delivery (online orders only) within 24 hours of the order being processed. An order is processed after a customer care representative has contacted you for details.

All customers who have placed orders online are contacted by a customer care representative, after which the order is processed. The delivery time will be dependent on the location for delivery, and the availability of stock for that particular item.

Interested in a product that is not available at our online store or at any of our branches? Place an order with us!

You can place a special order and feel secure that your warranty is valid locally, and if available from our local suppliers you can even get your product within a day of completing the order. Looking for something special? Delivery is also available. Contact us today!

You can enquire about the product by calling us, sending us an email, or by visiting our stores. If you call or email us you will be transferred to a customer care representative for special orders.

If you visit or call our stores they will contact the special order department and give you the details, such as cost and lead time if it can be sourced by CellMaster.

A deposit of 50% is required to place an order. You can visit any of our branches (Linx, Credit card or cash) or pay the deposit online via credit card. To make the deposit online select MAKE A PAYMENT.

You will need to provide a valid ID (Driver’s license or National ID) and your order number to verify your order. If you wish for someone to collect on your behalf you will need to notify your customer representative when they contact you. The person collecting will need to produce their ID and the order number.

When your order is available for collection you will be notified by a customer care representative. You can visit the store to pay the balance and to collect, or request delivery. You can pay the courier via credit card or line. Cheques are not accepted for these orders.



Corporate companies, Government institutions and small business enterprises can benefit from our courier bill pay service. We offer this at no cost.

If an organization qualifies for this service a courier will collect their TSTT bills and payments (for any TSTT service) and CellMaster will process the payment. Cheques are accepted for Courier Bill Pay.

Avoid the extra wait time for your products and paperwork to be prepared! You can order online and collect at any of our stores. You can pay online or directly to the store branch when collecting.

Orders for in-store collection are only made online via the cart option (if you are paying online) or by selecting PLACE AN ORDER. If you wish to pay in-store and select PLACE AN ORDER you will be prompted to send a message with your order.

You will be contacted within 24 hours to finalize details of collection. This can include details of any documents you may need to bring with you to complete your order. In some instances you will be able to upload these documents online.

Once you are contacted and your order is finalized you can collect the following day. (Exceptions include Public Holidays and Sundays and for orders finalized after 2pm).

You will need to provide a valid ID (Driver’s license or National ID) and your order number to verify your order. If you wish for someone to collect on your behalf you will need to notify your customer representative when they contact you. The person collecting will need to produce their ID and the order number.

When visiting the store branch, join the line as if you were making an in-store purchase. Your order will be packaged and waiting for you. Once you are being attended to, simply provide your name and let the store assistant know you are here to collect for an order placed online. You can pay and provide any relevant documents if necessary or simply collect your order.



Returns for non-damaged products are within 24 hours and all returns of faulty products apply to a manufacturer’s defect and not to damage sustained by the phone after purchase.

If your product is damaged rather than faulty, we will advise you of the cost to repair. If you choose to repair then the cost is covered by the customer and not CellMaster.

You can return your order within 24 hours of receiving your product for a full refund. It must be in intact, without damage and still in its full packaging for a full refund.

If a product develops a fault within 7 days after you bought it, we will exchange it for a brand new one under our returns policy, or you can return the product and get a full refund. Bring the product to our store and a customer care representative will assess the product and assist you.

If a fault occurs between15 and 30 days after purchase, contact us as we will need to do further testing of the product. If a fault is confirmed, we will contact you to discuss your options – you can have it repaired, replaced or return it.

If you experience problems after 31 days we will repair the product for you. If it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you will not be charged for the repair.

You can contact us within 24 hours to reverse your order and receive a refund.

You can also take products bought online back to one of our stores. You will need to call to arrange to have an ERF (Equipment Returns Form) completed and logged in your name. You can contact our Head Office at (868) 626 5325.

Place everything that came with your order into the original boxes/packages and take it to one of our stores along with the receipt or invoice issued with your purchase. Please allow two working days for the product to arrive at our Head Office. We will give you a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

Our returns policy won’t affect any of your legal rights, which we cannot exclude. For more information on your rights, contact Trading Standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
